Code of conduct

The Viscaria code of conduct is based on the principles of the UN Global Compact regarding human rights, anti-corruption, the environment, as well as labour and employment conditions.

We aspire for our operations and our business partners to adhere to these principles, actively working to uphold them in all aspects. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption, and all business at Viscaria should be characterised by transparency, integrity, and honesty. Human rights are of utmost priority, ensuring that no violations occur within Viscaria’s operations or its supply chain. We foster close relationships with our suppliers and strive for long-term partnerships together with the business partners we engage with.

Our code of conduct forms the basis for all business relations within the company, and all employees and suppliers are expected to have familiarised themselves with it. The requirements concerning workplace health and safety, security, and the environment, outlined in both our code of conduct and our supplier handbook, apply to all individuals present on our premises.

External whistleblowing function

To capture and act upon early signs of potential misconduct, Viscaria has established an external whistleblowing function. All employees and collaborators have the opportunity to report serious deviations from the law, the code of conduct, and similar matters. Reporting can be done anonymously and will be handled in accordance with our procedures.
