Copperstone updates on the environmental permit application

Non Regulatory

Copperstone Resources AB (publ) has during February received requests for supplementary information from the Land and Environment Court regarding the company’s application for an environmental permit for the reopening of the Viscaria mine in Kiruna. Copperstone intends to respond to these requests on 17 March, 2023.

“The process is now clearly moving forward with a constructive dialogue with the Land and Environment Court. We don’t consider this information time-consuming to retrieve and we plan to submit our answers on March 17, 2023. We then hope for a notification that the application is complete in the near term", says Copperstone's CEO Henrik Ager in a comment.

Copperstone's supplementary information will be published in full on the company's website at the permit section https://copperstone.se/tillstandsportal/miljoansokan/
